Rapid Replacement Service Offering for Datacard® SD260™, SD360™ and CD800™ Card Printers

Datacard Group offers a Rapid Replacement service for the SD260, SD360 and CD800 card printers. When a problem occurs, this service provides you with a permanent replacement unit using the fastest shipping method possible. The Rapid Replacement service also extends the standard 30-month warranty to 36 months for these card printers. Note that this service is initially only being offered to our customers in the UK, Germany, Austria, France, Spain and Portugal.

Process Overview

Should a problem arise with your Datacard® printer, you simply call Datacard Group technical
support. If a resolution by phone is not possible, Datacard Group will ship a permanent replacement
unit for next-day delivery to most locations (excluding weekends and holidays). For calls received by
1:00 PM (local time) a replacement printer will be shipped the same day. After the replacement unit is installed, you will ship the failed unit to Datacard Group, using the same shipping carton. A paid shipping label will be provided with the replacement unit. Datacard Group pays the shipping charges for both shipments. View the Rapid Replacement Data Sheet for more details.
